The Nova Rotors Diamond series has been designed for strength, reliability, performance and application flexibility. By focusing on quality engineering and ease of maintenance, the Nova Rotors Diamond series has extremely low, industry beating life cycle costs
DN Series: the drive is coupled directly to the pump via a flange for a cost effective and compact design.
Materials: The parts in contact with the product of the DN Diamond Series pumps can be manufactured in various materials to suit the widest range of applications. From the version in cast iron to stainless steel (AISI 304 and AISI 316), as well as other materials on request such as Duplex and Super Duplex. Also, in the version in cast iron, the rotating parts are still manufactured in stainless steel AISI 420 or on request in AISI 304 / AISI 316.
Sealing: Selected according to requirements and including mechanical seal, single outer mechanical seal, single mechanical seal with quench, back to back double mechanical seal and double mechanical seals in tandem. Packing seal and flushed packing seal can also be offered. The sealing systems are all interchangeable on the standard pump to allow maximum flexibility and retro-fit and both ISO EN 12756 and API 682 category 1 types can be installed.
Baseplate: Heavy duty and available in carbon steel or stainless steel. They can also be provided according to standard API 676, in a trolley version, with anti-vibration housing or on skids, according to the client’s specifications.
The JN Series
JN Series: the drive is connected to the free bare shaft inlet via a flexible joint coupling. This configuration is the best solution in terms of performance and durability as all the forces generated by the pump are absorbed by the specifically designed heavy duty bearings in the housing.
Materials, sealing and baseplate options and all other details as for the DN Series.
The Hygienic DXC & DXO Range
The DX hygienic pump series is state of the art for the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and cosmetic industries. The complete sanitary design, in compliance with standards EHEDG and 3A, ensures maximum sanitisation. These pumps are fully compliant with ” Clean In Place” and ” Sterilising In Place” with the geometry of the pumps specifically designed to eliminate dead zones and allow complete drainage. Each component is manufactured with the highest level of finish and utmost cleanliness. The complete range of pumps can be manufactured with direct block construction (DXO Series and DXC Series) or bearing housing with independent shaft (JXO Series and JXC Series)
Materials: Wetted parts in stainless steel (AISI 304 e AISI 316) with other materials such as Duplex and Super Duplex on request.. All parts have excellent finishes and the casings are polished to ensure utmost sanitization of the surfaces. As well as the wetted parts, the block and base plate can also be supplied in stainless steel (standard in AISI 304).
Sealing: Available with single acting mechanical seal, with quench, double acting mechanical seal, back to back or tandem. The type of seals are all interchangeable for flexibility and retro-fit and seal type can be abvries accordinmg to application.
Connections & baseplate: The available fittings include DIN 11851, Clamp ISO 2852, Clamp ASME-3A, Clamp DIN 32676, RJT, SMS 1145 and Garolla and Macon for the wine industry. Heavy duty baseplate in stainless steel as standard with options for hygienic housing, adjustable anti-vibration, trolley version or skid to client specifications.
Pin Joint: The heart of a reliable Progressing Cavity Pumps is the main pin joint and for the DX Hygienic range this can be supplied either as an "open" type, lubricated by the process fluid (DXO Series), or for abrasive fluids, with the standard enclosed pin (DXC Series).
