The Hopper Pump Range
With hopper and auger feed screw to convey the product to hydraulic pump end, these machines are ideally suited to viscous and non-flowing liquids with a very high solids content.
With all the advantages of the modular and low life cycle costs of the Diamond series design, the hopper range includes multiple variations to suit all applications.
All units available as either direct drive (DH) or with coupling joint and bearing housing (JH).

The basic version with rectangular hopper and auger feed the hydraulics. The length is customizable depending on application. Suitable for pumping substances poorly flowing up to 18% of dry substance which does not tend to form a bridge.

DHS/JHS Series
The DHS and JHS series are the rectangular hopper versions with increased auger feed screw to the hydraulics.
The length is customizable depending on application. Suitable for pumping substances poorly flowing up to 35% of dry substance with high viscosity which don’t tend to form a bridge or blocks. The auger feed screw integrates a special device for joint protection.

DHS-B/JHS-B Series
Hopper and auger feed screw with bridge breaker suitable to pumping non flowing product up to 40% of dry that tend to create bridge or block. Particularly suitable for product that tends to deform under load (pseudo plastic behaviour). The auger feed screw integrates a special device for joint protection.

DHP/JHP Series
The DHP and JHP series are the large hopper version with shaft bridge breaker and auger feed screw to the hydraulics. Suitable for poorly flowing substances which tend to form a bridge. Particularly suitable for doughs or solids of considerable size such as whole fruits and vegetables. Supplied as standard in stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316 as standard.
