MSKP - Solid PTFE Mag Drive Chemical Process Pump End Suction
MSK - Solid PTFE Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pumps
Highly advanced and extremely energy efficient magnetic drive pumps built to handle a huge variety of corrosive fluids reliably and absolutely safely, especially in applications requiring resistance to permeation.
Use of carbon-filled PTFE prevents electrostatic charging on the casing. Each of these pumps features a different type of impeller to suit a wide spectrum of applications
Ideal for safe handling of corrosive fluids and available in three configurations
The MSKP is available in three configurations:
Capacities: 0.2 to 140 m3/h
Heads : 1 to 90 m
Pressure ratings: PN 2 to PN 10
Temperatures: -20°C to +150°C
Kinematic viscosities: 0.5 to 350 mm2/s
Solids handling: Up to 5% solids concentration, depending on the pumped fluid
- Pump dimensions to DIN EN ISO 2858
- Thick vacuum-, corrosion- and permeation-resistant solid plastic
- Bearing assembly made of pure SSiC in a robust design engineered for ceramics
- Closed impeller with a metal core
- Use of carbon-filled PTFE to prevent electrostatic charging on the casing
- Available in carbon-filled PTFE, virgin PTFE or PVDF
- Polygonal form-fit anti-rotation device
- Impeller firmly secured to prevent loosening in case of reverse pump rotation
- Non-metallic containment shell to eliminate eddy current losses
Capacities: 0.1 to 8 m3/h
