Leistritz are pioneers in the field of screw pumps and have been developing and producing screw pumps since 1924.
Leistritz have the most comprehensive production program in this field today and are the only manufacture to offer the entire range of screw pumps – ensuring the right pump for application.
With the modular structure of the pump ranges, we are able to fulfill a wide range of different pumping tasks to cover a wide variety of different fluids with various lubrication properties.
Please click on the links below for further details of our screw pump range:-
Twin-screw (contacting), single-volute, self-priming positive displacement pumps for the lower pressures. Suitable for slightly aggressive, slightly abrasive, low to high-viscosity fluids with good to poor lubrication properties.
Three-spindle, single-volute, self-priming displacement pumps. Suitable to transport non-abrasive lubricating fluids.
Twin-screw (non-contacting), double-volute, self-priming positive displacement pumps suitable for aggressive / non-aggressive, abrasive / non-abrasive low to high-viscosity fluids with lubrication / non-lubrication properties.
Five-screw, single-volute, self-priming displacement pumps for low-pressure duty, suitable for transport of aggressive, light abrasive, low or high-viscosity fluids with good or poor lubricity.
Leistritz Multiphase pump systems are in operation worldwide. They are designed for running with high gas volume fractions (GVF) and gas bubbles with up to 100% gas content as well as for capacities of up to 5,000 m³/h and differential pressures of up to 150 bar.
In addition to the standard base plate mounted units, Leistritz also supplies complete pump systems for various fluid applications. They include, among other things, variable speed drives, sealing oil systems, external lubrication systems, instrumentation and control systems.
